SIP Taste LEARN

Join us Saturday March 23 at 5 p.m. for our quarterly 
OPEN House and Workshop



Sip and taste while you learn how to heal and comfort your body inside and out.  
Join Core Fitness Studio and ZEN Sanctuary for the following:

Low Back: learn new stretches and self-massage techniques that will help 
alleviate those low back aches.

Five Elements: learn about how the ancient Chinese principles of the five elements relates to Spring time and gain some tips on how you can harmonize with the season.

Skincare: Anatomy and Physiology will be covered to help understand 
the best way to care of the skin you live in.
